The Government of Sierra Leone is currently undertaking a strategic transformation of the Civil Service Training College into a fully-fledged Public Service Academy. This transition is aimed at repositioning the institution as a modern center of excellence for training, research, and leadership development for public servants across the country. Central to this transformation is the establishment of a robust and sustainable ICT and e-Learning infrastructure that will enable the Academy to deliver innovative, inclusive, and technology-driven learning.
