The Civil Service Training College (CSTC) is located at State Avenue Tower Hill, Freetown it is dedicated to training of senior and junior staff of the civil service at both pre-entry and in-service levels, with the overall aim of enhancing their knowledge and skills as well as building their aptitudes to improve the productivity and service delivery.
