The International Development & Education Foundation (IDEF) paid a courtesy visit to the Civil Service Training College (CSTC) as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration in capacity building, education, and institutional development. The visit focused on exploring areas of partnership aimed at enhancing public service training, digital skills development, and institutional strengthening.
During the engagement, discussions centered on potential support for curriculum development, ICT-driven learning solutions, staff capacity building, and programs aligned with public sector reform. The CSTC management highlighted the College’s mandate in training civil servants and its ongoing transformation agenda to become a modern Public Service Academy.
